WASH CARE LABELS - Dynic's range of care label materials for thermal transfer printing are one of the widest available as would be expected from the only company producing both thermal transfer ribbons and care label material. The range comprises nylon, polyster and satin products. Both single and double sided printable products are available depending on type as are versions complying with fire retardant and direct contact with infant skin standards. A limited range of ‘non-TTR’ printable products are available for offset, letterpress and flexo printing.
THERMAL TRANSFER RIBBONS - Dynic’s product range of thermal transfer ribbons is available for all thermal transfer printers. Our flat head, near edge and inline ribbons are designed to print on a wide variety of materials including Dynic’s exclusive care label materials. A comprehensive range of wax, wax/resin and resins are available including a resin specifically designed for use with Dynic Care Label Materials. BOOK BINDING - The BM500 bookbinding machine has been developed for the ‘print on demand’ market. It has been manufactured to set the size and thickness of the books automatically and is very simple to use. Drawing from almost 100 years of experience in bookbinding techniques, Dynic has developed the perfect binder to meet the growing demands of digital printing. It is a completely different concept from previous technologies and makes it suitable for use in the office environment. It produces a high quality heat seal bound book from multiple photocopies and is particularly suited for the low volume production of reports, operating instructions etc. for which contract printing would be expensive and time consuming. Latest versions include an auto-cut system to prevent additional trimming if the size of the booklet changes.

OLED DESICCANT - OLED are now a common technology in flat-panel displays such as mobile phones, digital cameras, mobile video games, car navigational systems, medical equipment screens, and military applications. However, the organic luminescence layer and the cathode are extremely susceptible to moisture and an OLED display shows deterioration due to moisture infiltration over time. Dynic is one of the worlds largest producers of Oled Dessicant and produces custom designs for OEM applications.
AIR FILTER - Based on our experience in producing non-woven material for a wide range of domestic and industrial products, Dynic offers base material for Automotive engine and cabin filters. Our strength lies particularly in the manufacture of ‘added value’ products where chemical impregnation techniques allow filter material to be custom designed to remove specific pollutants and odours.
COVERING MATERIALS - Our covering materials and coated coverings are used for bookbinding, packaging, publishing, office and social stationery, leathergoods, display, security print and graphic whites.
